Since starting for Steelcase in May 2017, I’ve learned that no matter how great a product/service seems to be you must evoke an emotional experience in order for it to “click”. This process is about understanding the consumers feelings; their wants, needs, pain points…and then composing a story that aligns with what they invision for their company.
Working closely with the Mock Up EXPerience Team I’ve had the privilege to evolve a number of Steelcase’s mock up sales tools to support business including our competitive database, mock up service center warehouse, mock up kits, care package content, sales meeting presentations, and our yearly roadshow.
